I've been such a bad blogger recently. The truth is I've been blogging, just not on this blog. A friend and former college roommate started a wonderful custom wedding inviation company, Eastwind Creations, and I've been posting on the company's blog.
So, to try and get back into the swing of things and blog more about my life and family I've decided that I will at least post about our weekends. Here it is our Saturday adventures post one.
Yesterday was one of the most enjoyable Saturdays. In the morning the boys worked out in the yard and McKay found two snails. McKay loves bugs and creepy crawlies of all kinds. He made a little place for the snails to hang out with water and leaves. Adam told him it was a hotel so he wouldn't be sad when the snails crawled out. It worked perfectly and now McKay is waiting for them to come back for another visit.

While the boys were busy in the yard I was busy making this cute bag for a fun baby shower. I stole some pictures of the shower from the blog of one of the girls who threw the shower. Isn’t it so fun and pretty at the same time!?!

We wrapped up our day with a trip to the park to fly some paper airplanes. I think this was my favorite part of the day.
